On February 21, 2025, the Employment Exchange, Government of India, organized an insightful career orientation class at the seminar hall of Baselios Marthoma Mathew II Training College, Kottarakkara, from 11 AM to 12 PM. The session was led by experienced mentors Unni Maya Suresh and Sandeep Suresh, who guided students through various activities to enhance their career prospects. To foster active participation, the students were divided into ten groups and engaged in interactive games focused on developing essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication. This interactive session provided valuable career guidance, boosting students' confidence and preparing them for future professional challenges. The event was both educational and inspiring, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
