YOGA PRACTICAL

Yoga Practical Session


 The Yoga Practical Session was conducted on 4th October 2025 (Saturday) at our school as part of our teaching practice program. The session was observed by Lalmohan Sir, who guided us throughout the activity. The session started at 10:00 a.m. and continued till 11:15 a.m.

All student-teachers participated actively in the yoga practice. We performed various asanas, including Tadasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, and Padmasana, under the guidance of the instructor. The session also included a short discussion on the importance of yoga for physical and mental health.

The practice helped us improve our concentration, flexibility, and relaxation techniques. It was a refreshing and energizing experience that emphasized the importance of including yoga in daily routine as well as in school activities.
