A Day of Learning: Micro-Teaching Demonstration by Our Seniors
Today’s session was a highly enriching experience, as we had the opportunity to observe a detailed demonstration of micro-teaching skills and their components. The program was well-organized, beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 12:45 PM. During this time, our seniors skillfully presented various micro-teaching techniques, making the session both insightful and inspiring for all of us.
Each senior focused on specific teaching skills such as communication, question framing, classroom management, reinforcement, and the use of teaching aids. Their demonstrations were well-structured and practical, offering a clear picture of how these elements contribute to effective teaching. The use of real-life examples and interactive methods made it easy for us to grasp the concepts and appreciate the depth of micro-teaching as a foundational tool in teacher training.
We are truly grateful to Anagha Jiji, Devika S, Greeshma Reghunath, Ullas Mohan, Haritha, and Arya Sha for their dedication and excellent presentations. Their efforts not only enhanced our understanding but also inspired us to strive for improvement in our own teaching journey. This session served as a valuable learning experience, equipping us with ideas and motivation to refine our skills and become more effective educators in the future.
